Booking and Policies
Do you need a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
At this point, we do not require a deposit. However, please notify
us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We
appreciate early communication to accommodate other bookings.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for popular
dates, especially during spring and summer. However, we welcome
last-minute bookings if availability allows.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
We understand that plans can change. Let us know as soon as
possible, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your booking. A full
refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in
advance.
Health and Safety
Are your face painting products safe for children’s skin?
We only use professional, high-end hypoallergenic products from
reputable brands. Our paints are safe, non-toxic, and designed for
use on skin. While allergic reactions are very rare, a small patch
test can be done prior to a full design.
What should I do if my child has a reaction to the paint?
While reactions are rare, wash the area gently with warm water and
soap to remove the paint. If irritation persists, consult a
healthcare professional. Please inform us of any known
sensitivities beforehand so we can take precautions.
Services and Additional Information
What’s the difference between party rate and event rate?
At birthday parties, kids get more time and customization for
their designs. At larger events, we offer smaller, high-quality
designs to accommodate large crowds efficiently.
Do I need to provide anything?
Please provide a nearby parking space for the artist and a quiet
corner for a chair and table. If needed, we can bring our own
table and chair setup.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods. Please contact us if you have
specific questions.
Do you provide services in other locations?
For areas like Westsyde, Batchelor Heights, Dallas, and
Barnhartvale, an additional $10 will be charged. Other areas can
be discussed—please contact us for more information.
What is your policy on tipping?
Tipping is not required but always appreciated if you’re delighted
with the service!
Face Paint Durability and Care
How long does the face paint last?
Our face paints are designed to last the entire event and can stay
vibrant for several hours if left untouched. However, they can
smudge if rubbed or exposed to excessive water.
How can the face paint be cleaned off?
The face paint can be easily removed with mild soap and warm
water. A soft washcloth or gentle makeup remover can help with any
stubborn areas. No harsh scrubbing is required!
What happens if it rains? Will the face paint wash off
immediately?
Our paints are water-based and will smudge if exposed to heavy
rain or excessive moisture. For outdoor events, we recommend
having a covered or shaded area to ensure everyone stays dry and
comfortable.
What can I do to ensure the face paint lasts longer?
Encourage kids to avoid rubbing their faces and stay away from
water activities like swimming. For longer-lasting results, we
recommend designs on arms or hands, which are less likely to
smudge.
